You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Asagi's services in accordance with the features available on the Discord server to which you are connected. You agree not to misuse the Asagi services and to use them in accordance with Discord's terms of service.3.2 Premium Subscription
Asagi offers a paid subscription (Asagi Premium) via Patreon, which provides access to additional features, benefits, and functionalities. The subscription is billed via Patreon, and access to premium features is governed by the terms set by Patreon.Premium Features: Asagi Premium subscribers will gain access to features that are not available to free users. These features may include higher usage limits, exclusive tools, and advanced customization options.
Subscription Fees: The subscription fee for Asagi Premium is charged monthly via Patreon. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees based on the chosen subscription plan.
Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it via Patreon. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused portions of the subscription are not provided.
4. Restrictions
You may not use Asagi for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes, including but not limited to:Asagi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the bot in the event of a violation of these terms.
Spam;
Harassment or bullying;
Violating Discord’s Terms of Service;
Unauthorized access or manipulation of data;
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Asagi, including but not limited to the bot’s code, features, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Asagi’s developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of the bot’s content without permission.
6. User Content
By using Asagi, you may submit, upload, or otherwise provide content through the bot or its services. You retain the rights to any content you create, but by submitting content to Asagi, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Asagi is provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the bot’s services. Asagi is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or disruptions in the bot’s operation.

Asagi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. All changes will be posted on our website or communicated via the bot. Your continued use of Asagi after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
